I’ve been applying for entry level SDR/BDR positions within the tech industry and even sales rep positions wth pharmaceutical companies. I have been finding it difficult so far coming from someone who has a pharmaceutical science degree and has had a lot of experience in labs and recently as a drug analyst, but with 0 experience in sales. Any advice on how I can make my applications stand out (I have emphasized transferable skills).

Also, I'd think about some of the questions you were asked in previous interviews and come up with better answers through interview coaching etc

What are you having trouble with? Getting interviews or getting offers. Entry level SDR/BDR you can definitely get.

I’ve been having trouble getting interviews at tech companies, not so much with science-based ones though.

If your tech skills are something you have worked on and gained an edge you will be able to transition easily. Usual requirements are tech or sales background, a strong drive and eager to hunt

I have coached several "non-sales" people into great sales reps. Keep in mind that just because you don't have "sales rep" on your resume, you probably have several of the necessary skills. It is likely a matter of rewriting your resume to highlight those skills in a way that is recognizable to sales leadership.

Hi Everyone, I am trying to apply for a Technical Support role at Dropbox I’m entering all the required fields but there seems to be an issue, when I hit submit after filling the form, it doesn’t submit and throws error ‘Looks like you left this blank! Please fill out this required field’ when all the fields are entered already (I have checked so many times, and filled the form from scratch several times too). Anyone from Dropbox who can put me in touch with HR or suggest what I should do next?

Hello,
Any HR from Accenture who can consider my profile for Qliksense developer (6years experience). I have been trying for this company for more than 2 years now but not even a single interview was scheduled. Worse part is if the profile is already in the system, it doesnot consider it for other jobs. I can see a lot of postings in job site but cannot apply in those.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Looking to move from enterprise SDR to AM/AE externally. Current comp is $50k base,$70k ote but actually hitting 90-95k. Every AE role I see pays 50k/50k(including my company). In a HCOL that seems pretty low, anyone aware of companies with a higher base or am I dreaming? Is it worth a move if your base stays the same/only goes up like 5%?
