Hi All, My Junior has decided to put paper, as she wanted to pursue Cdac course from Sept-22. She just informed that she signed a bond of 2 years and currently she has completed 1.7 years in HCL. What should she do now? Results is on 10-aug and she decided to put paper on that day itself (Earlier she told the same to Sr. manager) Kindly suggest if any action would be taken by HCL OR No experience letter would be shared with her. Get some exercise. It will help with stress, and if you stick with it, you'll just find yourself feeling better. It doesn't have to be a costly gym or anything fancy. Just putting on your sneakers and going out for a walk can work wonders. Take a walk a few times a week and you'll feel better.
I'm right there with you. I can't remember the last time I did something outside of work that wasn't for my kids. I'm so tired on my days off I just rest or run them back and forth to different activities
I would prefer a luxury vacation to an island, but realistically I just have to do the best with what I can. Taking time off even is kind of difficult now. But whenever you do get even a small chance just take the time out to check in with yourself. Do what you can with what you have and keep working towards the rest!
I enjoy a walk in a park. City, county, or state. Preferably with water. But anything that allows me to be surrounded by nature. Look up tree or forest bathing. It helped me a lot through covid and now I go at least once a week.
I use my health insurance to get massages by going to the chiropractor for adjustments and adding them into my treatment plan. I go twice a month. You can also get a pedicure at the foot doctor. Hope this helps.
Walking daily has helped my mental health so much. I literally can’t wait to get my steps in.
