I interviewed with them. I got all the way through the interviews to the point I had the offer letter in hand. It definitely felt like it was too good to be true and I got a sketchy feeling about them which made me decline the offer. They kept telling me one thing and then the offer letter was completely different.
That’s sad to hear. Thanks for sharing
Check LinkedIn and see where people with 3 years exp at Siegfried end up.
Personally, I haven't seen anybody who went there end up in industry better off than if they'd just gone to industry.
Someone I know personally who was a Senior 3 when they left Big 4 just left Siegfried after 4 years for a Director position at an SEC client. Stop fear-mongering.
Do it - their pay structure is built more similarly to big law firms from what I’ve heard. Where else are you going to to get 45-60% annual bonus?
That’s the point / no one pays 45-60% bonuses
Yea they worked on my audit clients. Perks are nice, paid travel, per deim, nights in hotels, if you like that. Yes they do usually do temp work but pay and bonus is good and gets paid at end of project (I.e. temp employee arrangement) they may do more then this now but that was the case a few years back.
Bonuses are not paid at end of project.
Why the laugh reacts? Because the compensation seems ridiculous?
Oh and before you ask, I’m in a low cost of living area.
