I’ve been tracking my GKI on weekends. Friday was 1.2 (low for me), yesterday 1.8, and today 2.3. How often do I need to be in the lowest zones for fat burning & cognitive improvements?

Curious when I know I am having my exit day, I increase my K2 from my typical 320mcg to more, seems to help mitigate hyperglycemic swings, if you are tracking GKI, curious if you had used K2 as a modifier. It really seems to help energy stability, in or out.
