I’ve been trying to give my manager feedback that they’ve started essentially micromanaging us and asking for unrealistic/unattainable and constantly changing targets, which has been terrible on team morale. She takes it as me complaining & not understanding that jobs have KPI’s. This is not my first job, I’m more than aware of how performance works. Every coworker I speak to feels the same & stressed. What can we do at this point?

looking for advice for my partner who is a data scientist at an ad agency in NYC. He had been working 70+ hours a week on a project that fell apart while he was on vacation due to it being passed to a junior person who didn’t understand it, and he got blamed.
