Hello all, I've recently had an interview with Cognizant for the AS400 developer role. I've completed my 1st round which went for more than an hour. Now I got a confirmation that I'm shortlisted and the team will reach out for the L2 discussion. So, does it mean it is a managerial round or an HR discussion. Appreciate your response on this. TIA!!
I had interviews with EY recruiter reached out for desired salary, I informed $170k as base, yesterday he reached out to provide an update that it would $160k and 10% bonus and it’s pending for approval from partner and it might take a week or two , when should I start negotiating the salary? Should I wait offer letter or should I start right away?

Ok I’m gonna be honest it seems a little overkill/extra, especially for an internal role.
I think the point is to use it where you can. Its applicability will vary from internal role to internal role.
Being perceived to be against an employer strategy is never risk free, particularly if it actively subverts change. How risky it is depends on the individual role.
