Do NOT ask this woman out. It's creepy.
From the point you admit attraction until she drops you, she's going to wonder if every squat turned you on. She's going to wonder if every time you helped her stretch, you were thinking of other ways to stretch her out.
Develop a good professional relationship with her and become friends. If she is interested, you'll know that way. But definitely not if your only exposure to her is through your job.
I would just go for it! The worst she can say is no, and you could preface it with something like "Nothing will change between us if you say no" so she knows you'll be ok training her no matter what. Good luck bro!
I dated a guy for a while who was a personal trainer & who admittedly was getting hit on by his female clients all the time. He always kept it professional (says him) and if there happened to be any attraction from his end he would keep it friendly & not let it get sexual while she was working with him. How much of that is actually true? I have no idea…we are no longer seeing each other so who knows.
I’m sure this happens all the time. If she does go out with you refer her to a different trainer, otherwise it could get weird.
