How's that relevant? What's more important is how you're doing at the job, how you feel about the progress that you've made so far, the expectations that the team has for you, how you get along with your direct reports and those above you, etc.. People come and go all the time, and 2 people leaving doesn't mean much if it's 2 out of 500 people
Only a red flag if there were only three team members. I would take it as a compliment that they think you are a valued contributor instead of a trainee.
You probably should give a little more context.
Is this being said to express that they think you are exceeding their expectations, or is it being said to convey that going forward they expect that you should have already learned and mastered most of your job responsibilities and you are getting pushed from the “nest”.
In the former, consider why you feel otherwise or that it is a red flag. Is it a bit of imposter syndrome, or do you have gaps in your knowledge that you should work on improving?
If it is the latter, buckle up! That is usually followed by an increasing attitude of you should know this by now, I have my own work to do.
It’s both.
I'm not getting why coworkers accepting you and thinking you're competent could be considered a red flag. If you think they're insincere, that might be concerning. Or if they say you're so seasoned you should do everyone's work, that would be very problematic. But it sounds like things are going fine.
Not an obvious red flag, but depends a lot on what else is going on. Two people leaving isn’t huge, depending on the reasons though. Also 6 months in can be enough to be considered out of the new territory, but then that also depends on what is expected out of you there too.
Don’t take it too serious lol I would still continue to chill out and not stress yourself out. If you don’t know something, just say don’t know.
