Hi Fishes
I want to share very bad experience I had at Mastercard
I was given offer by Mastercard in month of Dec The hike was less but looking at brand & other perks I accepted the offer & was looking forward to joining them.I got few offers & I went back to them for sole purpose of renegotiating CTC, to have a industry standard hike. They didn't reverted back for 2-3 days & just dropped a mail that they are revoking initial offer as well on grounds that they didn't like i gave other interview
Hi,
If I get referred at IBM, get a mail for details from the HR but do not reply as I currently don't want to switch because of some reasons, can I get referred again after say 3 months?
Asking cuz the profile blocks for an year after applying/getting referred at Accenture.
Please help with the answer.

I have offer from Nagarro for 32 LPA(1.6 variable) and another from Turing of 34 LPA (2.5 Variable) I don't want to Join Turing, but can I negotiate with Nagarro based on Turing offer to increase my package? Or is it too risky since I don't have any other offer. What are chances if negotiation fails they(Nagarro) resind the offer?

Yeah I think this is an evolution in your career that most people go through. After taking a few bad jobs, I definitely realized I needed to be more diligent in learning about the company before saying yes. Reviews are a really powerful tool, I think everyone should be using them
Chief
Absolutely agree
I always keep an eye on companies I find interesting and I try to stay aware of what they're doing. I may apply to some of them someday, but it's also just that I want to learn what I can about the business. I'll sometimes do searches on Google News for articles about them. I even once read the transcript of an earnings call for a prominent retailer, but that honestly didn't tell me a lot, it was mostly an exercise in spin for credulous Wall Street analysts. If I was serious about applying somewhere I'd amp up my research efforts for that company, I agree that it's something that just makes sense.

It does, and not enough people do it.

Good practice
Sounds smart, but how are you finding their current customers? Or ex employees? Are you doing it online through social media I’m Assuming?
Chief
Mostly online and yes I try and find all of those.
This is really smart. How do I find their reviews on Facebook? Do you follow that company's Facebook page?
Rising Star
Yes definitely! Not as much as you have though and I probably should!
Anyone have information on chop steakhouse Canada place location?
These people are discriminating on others and need to be held accountable.
I'm looking for their kitchen staff.
Age ranges, race, , skill level.
Chop will only hire young people without experience because the chefs themselves are not chefs.
