Anyone here know of a good 🏳️🌈 therapist?
I’m not sure how this will impact this bowl, but it is worth pointing out the need to assess whether there should be concern for those in this bowl. While we all understand ADHD is something attorneys are completely capable of managing with legal positions, not everyone in the field agrees with that. https://joinfishbowl.com/post_va66ztgmkw

Filed for H1B extension, extension approved till aug-2024 (stamping not done), switched from tcs to infosys before stamping. I have new petition documents with me. Assuming infosys agrees to use my H1B, is there a possibility to file H1B transfer or reuse my visa.? Thanks

I have four kids (2 with special needs and 1 with some medical needs). I would be garbage without my daily workouts. That’s my “self care.” I don’t have time for whatever else the latest chick mag is seeming self care though.
Agreed. I’m a mom of two toddlers + working big law. Self care is exercising and minimizing my bread intake. I also have singing/dancing jam sessions with my toddlers.
Maybe not the trendy wellness stuff on the web but it fits my life & it works.
I refused for the longest time to get up early and work out, because I could do then after the kids go to bed or at lunch. However, for a good 6 months I did neither. I’m too tired after my 5yo and 3yo go down (and they’re in bed before 8!), and lunches were devoted to work or errands. So with the time change last Nov. I started getting up at 5:30 (which still felt like 6:30 at first) in order to get a 30-40 min workout in before getting the kids up. This has been huge for me.
However, other self-care things I do - 15 minutes of reading (a fiction or trashy book) before bed. I’ve recently started a skin care routine which takes about 10 min at night. So that’s basically 30 minutes that’s so let me time at night and it had really helped.
