Asking because I Valera some candidates get 6 months vs some get 1 year. I’ve seen folks getting less than 6 months. I thought I did an op job but was told to try again in 12-18 months after my final! Does that mean my interviewers told the recruiter that I was horrible? I’m amazed to see that some people who were not sent to final round

Is there any advantage to telling a company you are interested in working for in the future where you decided to accept an offer from? Or does it not matter? I accepted an offer a week ago with a great company (Company A) that for this season in my life seems like a great fit and only strengthens what I have to offer company B down the road. Company B just sent me a request for interview and I want to keep the door open with Company B but they were just very late in extending an interview.

We live in Florida and currently have a Freshman in High School and a 16 month old. We hear from our friends and family with college bound children "I wish we would have done Florida PrePaid."
