Got into fitness roughly two years ago and stuck to a pretty strict diet. Right now am unable to bring myself to drink or even just eat the food I like cuz they are all unhealthy carbs. Anyone? 😞

How do you approach the initial conversation with your doctor? I have taken a variety of both anti anxiety and anti depressants. Nothing works. I went to the lease this last weekend. Not one drop of alcohol was had. That was the closest I’ve come to caving. 4 wheelers, killing dinner with big guns, doing manly things in God’s country.
