Nice! My brother did ~$30k a year as well living in a slightly cheaper city -- once you finish paying them off it's like getting a huge raise! With student loan interest rates as high as they are, those are definitely worth paying off fast -- my mortgage, on the other hand, is probably better off paying off slowly

Nope, unfortunately I'm being pretty aggressive so I don't have a lot of savings. But is there a point in saving when you have a loan at hand? Anyway this is what I've done for a year coz I am single and comfortable. Let's see how it goes.

My student loans that are outstanding are all 3.6% and below. During the same time period my returns pre tax in market are at around 8.5
