I’ve been a top performing rep (ranked first and second) two out of the last three years at my current company and was top 5% at my previous company. I had my resume optimized and am getting rejected left and right even by healthcare tech and I’m not sure why. Any info or leads would be greatly appreciated!

Wondering what people think about my situation. I’ve been offered a role with a company. The job description didn’t mention college degree as a requirement. On my CV I have a section listed as “Education” and under it I have “Business Studies” with the university name and the 3 years that I attended the course (2.5 to be exact). He’s conflicted because Confluent is a more established company, ThoughtSpot is Pre-IPO. Confluent is a lucrative product to sell and has established SDR reps so there’s a good blend of inbound and outbound sales. Thoughtspot is more of a startup culture where most of the sales comes from outbound and it’s a tougher sell.
