I realized I've been a dummy for getting a job at a creative agency and not working on my portfolio. Most of the projects I've taken on, I've done so as a way to support others without taking much credit for it. Now, a better opportunity came along and I don't have anything to show for my talent as a designer. ALWAYS take credit for what you do, even if it's not your project to begin with.

Can someone explain the difference between FB’s Partner Solutions Manager and the Strategic Partner Manager? From an initial recruiter call, it seems the SPM provides the consultative product recs while the PSM onboards the client onto that product and tracks performance to provide actionable recs as needed. I’ve done some soul searching of late and established I’d love to be offered a FTE role in my current company. I think this is partly due to never having had a full time job which I’ve enjoyed and which have valued my contributions. I think this is due to wanting to feel accepted. I know acceptance needs to start with me etc but I think redundancy and workplace gaslighting has meant I’ve never achieved growth and status in one company where I can truly grow.
