I love when employees ask for more feedback. Be as clear as possible about what you're asking. If you don't have a one on one, maybe ask for one so you have a scheduled time to bring these things up. Good luck!
I would ask him that you want positive feedback, you want to improve, be open to feedback, and thank him for anything he brings up.
Tell him that you want feedback. That you want to know what to improve next. Best of luck!
Are you working remotely? Or in the office? You can talk to him in private and be honest about what you feel.
Schedule a meeting with him. I feel like both of you have a good working relationship. So, there's nothing to worry about.
Be honest and direct. I don't think it will offend him at all. It's good that you want feedback about your work.
