My Business Director calls in sick every time the account gets busy and never hands anything over properly or completes any work on the days leading up to when they call in sick. This leaves double the amount of work in the final few days before the deadline - every single time there is a lot on. We’re all so worried how we’re going to get the work done this time and it’s something they do every month without fail do you think I can speak up and say something?

I’m a newly graduate from a community college. My program of study was Health Information Technician. I passed my RHIT exam a month ago, and I’ve been applying to jobs in state, out of state, and remotely to only receive “sorry you were not selected email.”I don’t have experience and I know that’s the reason I’m not getting selected. I’ve applied for receptionist, medical biller/coordinator, and medical clerk. Even with inflation willing to work for minimum wage or less just to gain experience.

I truly wish people could understand the emotional damage hoaxes, social media ploys, and ill-intended jokes have on others. It is a deafening feeling when schools become places of survival. Wishing faculty, staff, and students everywhere a safe and peaceful rest of the school year.

So, recently got put on a PIP after six months at my new job., two days after I told my boss and HR I recently learned I have a cognitive disability caused by an illness. The PIP was mostly because I forgot some deadlines, but also they said I need to be more professional in emails (even though others use zero punctuation and a lot of emojis. To clients.) and simultaneously ask more questions and ask fewer questions. Should I just assume this is unattainable and look for a new job again?

So a client who brought me on for a rebrand/relaunch has shifted his social media in house to his friend’s 17 year old son. Despite his age, the kid has less than no clue, the posts have typos, I presented some concepts based on certain elements being in place...he ran with them despite those elements not happening...I should sit back and laugh(ok grin). I feel inadequate and unsure of how or if to acknowledge the US/Buffalo racist murders and terrorism of this weekend in the workplace.
