ADP is a disaster good luck. Will mail you a bottle of Jameson if you want. We did an integration from their old product EZ Labor which had two components to run a complete payroll that didn’t talk to each other. Implementing started in Jan 2022, ADP didn’t know we had 5 timeclocks which are in fact owned by ADP. We went through two systems interfaces to get to the “final” product and I use the term loosely. They still don’t have our PTO accrued correctly after 2 years. Here’s to hoping they get it right in 2023. I had to re enter last weeks payroll three times in its entirety to get people paid. They have had a severe amount of technical issues lately. The button to Accept payroll in their new and classic design was missing. We had to call and have them review the backend and accept manually. Be prepared for a lot of long days. I spent 80 hours on this implementation on the phone fixing problems. 1st payroll they miscalculated the timesheets for the entire company and told us to figure it out ourselves.

We are currently switching to pay com as our old payroll cannot support our growth. Is there reason your company is moving or any things I should know moving to Paycom?
