When business decisions are made democratically, there is more of an opportunity for a community of workers to root out ineffectual people who may be sliding through on favoritism or nepotism, as well as latent (or active) sexism, racism or bigotry.

Any tips on how to improve lining thickness? My RE had me on Estrace for a week before starting Prometrium (vaginally) a few days ago, but my lining is only a little above 5mm. Looks likely that this FET cycle is going to get canceled (was potentially going to be this weekend) since the lining doesn’t seem to be thick enough.
