That’s not enough of a pay increase to potentially double or triple your workload/stress
Don’t make a move just because of the pay. Get more insight about the company etc
I understand! Trying to find out about the company
You have to look at the total package on top of just the salary increases. 401(k) contributions, healthcare plans offered (and copay/OOP amounts), time off, and total number of hours worked. Also consider taxes and commute times. If you go up from the 12% bracket to the 22% bracket, plus your state taxes, etc. and then lose out on 3% 401(k) contributions, etc. you might actually be getting a pay cut. My husband’s company matches/profit-shares 9% 401(k) on 6% employee contributions, which is super generous. They also have low out-of-pocket and affordable healthcare. People don’t leave that company voluntarily very often!
The more pay the more responsibility.
I think the best option will be talk to your manager maybe they will match the salary they offer u
