Does anyone have advice on how to keep track of cases? I am 6 months in at a small med/insurance firm. When we are assigned cases by clients, it's my job to request and organize the medical records. We're starting to get dozens of COVID cases, in addition to regular litigation cases, and I am SO OVERWHELMED. I'm currently in a "paralysis-over analysis" stage and don't know how to get myself out of it. I feel like I'm drowning, help.

I’m considering a position doing RPA development and Low Code integration for for a consultancy. I’ve been primarily doing process work in my current role but I’m familiar with the technical aspects of this space. Is it too late to build skills in the RPA & Low Code areas? Is this still a space that is worth building competency in? Ultimately my goal is to get some experience doing solutioning type work, while I build more technical (programming) skills. Hi, I am a single-parent with a 9 year old daughter. Is anyone else dealing with same gender sleepovers with sexual exploration occurring? Exploring as in my daughter says outright “I am going to kiss you,” to her bestie before bed. Then after 15 minutes of giggling in bed I go to tell them to be quiet and see my daughter’s bestie is showing her buttcheeks to my daughter. I’m an ambivert starting out in consulting. I hate small talk and find happy hours typically less than engaging. I become enervated with too much loudness. Any tips for navigating consulting?

Does anyone ever wish that Uber came with a customer profile where you could select introvert or extrovert? I just hate small talk with Uber drivers.

Anyone struggling with interviewing and think its partly due to being an introvert? I continue to make it to final rounds always losing out to another candidate, no feedback given. I’m qualified for these roles and take the time to prepare.
