Finally found THE one, after over a year of searching and trying out at least 5 different ones!
A nice comfortable office chair.

My criteria: mesh seat and back, arms, headrest
I tried cheap ones from Amazon. Expensive, second hand gaming chairs. Tried HM Aeron (second hand) and while I didn't like the bulk and the general design, I was sold on the mesh seating. I wanted to get the ErgoChair 2 from autonomous, but it doesn't have mesh seat.
AMA.

You won’t be able to use personal cards for any expenses. All expenses are put on the corp Amex. Pay the ~$100 yearly fee to have access to the points, worth it.

Personally being in NYC I’d do Delta. Also sign up for a status challenge, there’s usually some through the EY travel page. And for hotel the only option is Marriott, all of your coworkers will be staying in Marriott and you don’t want to be the one person staying in a Hilton.
Really depends on your home city and not the client, no city really except maybe nyc has all 3 big airlines at the same level of network, so pick the one that has the most routes out of your city.
Marriott is your friend here, rewards aren’t great (compared to SPG, rip). They have the most locations and will have some option available no matter where you go.
So delta is your most likely bet unless you want to do United out of Newark, which honestly is what I’d choose over dealing with jfk and lga.

Hyatt has the best rewards system but the issue is that they have a relatively small footprint. Whxih essentially means all/most consultants are Marriott + Delta. We all Uber/Lyft which I believe gives Delta points (been a few years since I ordered myself)
