Guys there’s this boot camp that I came across that trains people to get jobs in Top consulting firms and has a fee plan wherein you pay once you get placed. I just wanted to know if someone here has any experience with this ?

If your goal is to make manager just sit tight for a year at EY and get the promo save 3 years
I think you should set your boomerang expectations higher. If you are leaving as an S3, you should be aiming for SM "after a few years". To answer your question, you would have a fantastic chance at achieving Manager level if you came back per your timetable.

Asset manager? What type of consulting do you do?
@SC1, I should have been more clear. The firm is an asset manager. It's in their platforms delivery team, change & implementation.
