Hi everyone!
I've been offered a job at Publicis Sapient as a front-end developer (React Js).
What kind of work culture, work load and tech stack exposure should I be expecting?
I'm having 1 year experience.
I've also got offers from IndiaMART InterMESH Limited, Amdocs, Verizon and Collegedunia.
All for the role of front-end web developer.
I'm very confused between all of them.

You might want to wait in the Botox or fillers until you really need. Preventive Botox ages you faster then gracefully aging and then getting Botox. I have quite a few friends who did this and at 40, look like they are 50.
Would also be interested in data. The reason I'm interested in starting Botox was because every article I've read from dermatologists says Botox is most effective when used as a preventative before lines actually form.
Derm here. I can assure you that none of the skincare products you use will make as big of an impact as neuromodulators, fillers, or lasers. Speak to a board certified dermatologist and explore your options. Good place to start would be RealSelf.
Thank you! I will check it out
I suggest trying other alternatives before going straight to Botox. Consider trying face patches first. The patches are accessible and reasonably priced, starting at $20 for a box. Also, no injections are required.
Have you tried gua sha and hydra facials? Also Korean skin care. I’m 29 and my skin is much better than it was at 26. Tighter, smoother and brighter. Maybe try this before Botox?
What Korean skincare brands and products do you use? Can you share specific recs? Thanks!!
I suggest looking for a board-certified dermatologist who specializes in cosmetic procedures. I also recommend checking online reviews, and asking for recommendations from friends or family.
Yelp. Then check out their social media pages.
Recommendation from someone who availed of their services would be the best way. Like C1 said, you can ask for recommendations from your friends or family. For sure, some of them can vouch for a good derm.
I struggle with fine lines, but I'm too scared of needles to even consider getting Botox. I learned from my dermatologist that the use of injectables can actually be avoided with a nightly retinoid and daily sunscreen regimen.
If wrinkles and scars are your main concerns, microneedling is a less invasive treatment that may help. Additionally, because it is less likely to result in hyperpigmentation than laser- and light-based devices, it can be fantastic for those with dark skin types.
The greatest option for a topical application to imitate the effects of botox or fillers is hyaluronic acid. Have you tried that first? It has great anti-aging properties.
Products like The Ordinary Argireline Solution 10% that contain peptides are fantastic alternatives to Botox without going under the needle. I recommend saving Botox for when you actually need it. There's still plenty you can do to reverse the look of fine lines and wrinkles.
I talked to my derm about this and she told me not to do anything until 34/35 as otherwise maintaining it over time is pretty tough and you end up looking older. I think hydrafacials have made much more of a difference to my skin tbh...the big thing is keeping your skin hydrated
