Ok, like the show Sucession, but I find myself surprised by the kinds of people who watch it and how much they love it.

It sorta just seems like a smarmy sophisticated show at times, but it feels like people who don’t typically like that kind of stuff, love it. Makes me feel I’m missing something. Anyone else?

I miss music. Like actual bands with instruments and vocal ability. Feels like the music industry is so hollowed out that multi-member instrumental bands like Fleetwood Mac, The Beatles, and even Metallica are no longer able to take root.

There are a few talented individual singers (Adele) a lot of awful mumble rappers, but no actual bands that will stand the test of time. Before I get called a Boomer, the problems with the music industry for new artists are well documented.
