Ok so I just came off a stint as a product Manager which I didn't particularly like. I've been an SE before but I'm not terribly technical. I've worked mostly with analytics products but they all want a degree IG CS or Stats. I'm an MBA with a bunch of SE experience but I can't get an interview. How do I break through?

Degrees shouldn’t be as important if you can demonstrate competency in selling the product from a technical aspect

like

Depending on product and industry, you don’t have to be terribly technical and can always learn that aspect of the job. Just depends on what you need - Maybe spending more time learning SQL for analytics or spend time on Postman for APIs.

And you can add those skills to your resume.

1. why your not able to survive in a company less than a year and looking for higher packages which is not relevant to your experience.
2.just having latest tech stack is enough and not enough capable experience to handle the critical issues.

The reason for my move is currently at Pega SCs are treated more as AEs or Account Managers. The role at Oracle would be more of a true SC position. I also feel that Oracle will look BETTER on a resume and someone as young as me would have BETTER programs in place to train me and give me the foundation needed to be a successful SC.
