Owner for Massage Envy in Savage, MN is a big flirt. He flirts with selected clients / employees. I complained about him after he was flirting to me countless times / massaging my shoulders without consent and all the manager did was only block me off the schedule Wednesday's since he is only there once a week. Clientele have complained about him and the manager hasn't done a thing about it.

The head of the floor is sitting right before me. Every day he passes by me.. Not a single word..not even answering to other people's greetings... 100% sure the guy hates my guts - how to change this?

This is twice now in back to back weeks my boss has asked me where the disconnect was in our communications because I didn’t deliver on what “was asked”, even though I know damn well what was asked and what was done were the same thing. I actually love it. I was a paralegal in BL during law school. Maybe I am use to the environment? What am I missing? Help me remove the rose colored glasses. The cases are interesting, pay is fantastic, offices are beautiful, and the research resources are a big reason why I never want to leave. Sure there are partners/senior associates that don’t respect you or your time. That happens everywhere and would mean you need to move firms or sections. What am I missing?

So I had been working as medical interpreter up to the early part of this year. Today, during an interview, the Director with whom I was interviewing genuinely urged me to consider pursuing a career as a PA or even attempt to go to medical school.
