I’ve worked at AT&T as a sales consultant for 6 years and 8 months where we prospect, uncover, and close on leads. I’ve used Salesforce for the past 4 years during my tenure. I’ve done B2B sales where I’ve received awards for it for 2 years consecutively. Loads of troubleshooting, uncovering needs through consultative styled selling, and tech app subscriptions.
I was wondering if I have the necessary skills to transition into a tech sales role. If so, what would be the best role/fit for me?Amazon Salesforce Google @

Now that's what I'm talking about! Wouldn't that make all of our lives easier? :)
Absolutely.
Exactly! Customers always give you the reasoning "customer is always right" even if they are being abusive and really obnoxious. When is yelling at a CSR right?
The customer is always right mantra went out the window a long time ago
I learn so much by observing my own behavior on the other side of things but maybe I naturally have more empathy for those in customer service.
If only we can post this in the window at the store
You would think that this would be common sense but nope
I never understand why people think they will get more accomplished by being rude and beligerent
Right, it's really that simple you know... You treat people the way you want to be treated
Be the best you can be, And bring your self to another’s understanding and always remember, how would you like to be spoken to or treated. Aren’t we all customers of consumer goods?
This is absolutely correct. If you're having a bad day, make it better by getting it started right. Respect others, and you will be treated with respect in return.
