Pivoted to a solutions consultant role from management consulting this year and hate it so far. However I know I can’t get this comp in the open market currently. What to do? Anyone else pivot to SC and hate it first few months then start to like it. I’m still in the product training phase

Should I leave my first permanent job as a team leader of 4 DPs in a FMCG business (only been there for 4 months) to join a huge Tech business for a 12months contract?

They offer me 60% more money than my permanent role. Circa 2000 dollars every month in my pocket

I’m sitting here with only one demo two months after joining the company. it looks like our team has only two people doing demos, and demos are only happening once every two weeks. At this rate, I don’t think I’ll be even close to hitting OTE. Are there any other companies hiring right now? Anyone feel frustrated at times with the super aggressive sales personalities we deal with? My AE is always pushing on every ask no matter how minuscule it is. They have already given the offer to someone else, but they still want to bring me on board and they asked me what I would like to do.
