Has anyone heard when our govt clients will have their offices fully open and expect people back in-person? I know some are opened at limited capacity (personally, I’m in full support of working remote where possible) but just curious.
I just found out that the person I was with last year is with someone new. We were separated because of distance/covid. It just makes me sad because I feel that covid took away the opportunity for us to be together and further develop the connection that we had. It was unique and hard to find. So much has changed. I’ll get over it and if we aren’t going to be together then I am sure it’s for the best. Just feeling this heaviness today.
Weeeeelp, my campaign that was by far the best thing I've come up with had to be canceled because of covid. For fucks sake
Interviewed for a Sr leadership role and was given a take home case work to turnaround in a day. I negotiated timing but couldn’t extend the time - maybe I could have negotiated harder. Con’td

Anyone on here going through naturalization/N-400? I filed a month ago based on 5 year GC and trying to get an estimate of how quickly they’re doing interviews. Based on VisaJourney reports, it looks like cases filed in 2021 are going a LOT faster than those filed in 2020 or previously…
Hello, I am considering joining Deloitte, . I wanted to join as a manager, however, offer might come as a SC. What would be the difference in salary % wise ? would it be worth it to go as a SC instead of Mgr? Do I even have the option to negotiate or to say why I think I should be a manager and not a SC? Have you seen something like this at a big 4? How about WLB? Thanks
Salary for Big 4 Manager ?

I'm a senior associate at an AmLaw 100 firm being considered for an non-equity partner position at another AmLaw 100 firm which is a bit further down the pole. There is a business development expection to eventually convert to equity; the expectation at the start is to assist with existing work. Jumping essentially let's me short track the road to partner. I'm unsure about the opportunity, which is essentially me starting over. Any wisdom on this situation? Thanks!
