Please tell me that this isn’t just me. I feel like I have to jump through more hoops and get more flack from “us” in the workplace. I would think that we would want to support one another instead of making things more difficult. Is this just me?

I’m a young(ish) male running a private practice. Been with the group a year and a half and haven’t exactly gelled with some of the older employees. We’ve made tremendous financial improvements but in a meeting last night one of the physicians stated, in front of me, maybe we shouldn’t have hired a young guy to run the practice….I can’t think of a more passive aggressive way to ask someone to leave. Thoughts?

So my junior lies a lot. About everything. They work hard and are reasonably smart, but they would swear a black pen is red and vice versa. When you catch them out, they keep digging.
