I’m currently working with 2 start-ups. It’s definitely great experience to have whether it succeeds or not. If a future role is with another start-up than this experience will show them you can operate in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and get along with personalities... and if a future role brings you back to a big brand, than it shows that you’re nimble, adaptive, and decisive—and can successfully mange teams and tight deadlines. Given the current economic climate, now is the perfect time to jump. Good luck OP (and feel free to DM me if you want)

I’m at a startup and absolutely love it. Similar role as yours it looks like.
If you trust your leaders and love the brand, that should be your filter. (Good brand, bad leadership = horrible. Good leadership, bad brand = boring. Good brand, good leadership = happiness)
