Potentially dumb question, but does health insurance start on Day 1 at Deloitte? I made the mistake of leaving my job at the very end of Oct. and start at D on Nov. 15th. In between, for 2 weeks I don’t have health insurance and I REALLY don’t wanna pay $540+ for a 90 day prescription.

Can anyone tell me about which pharma/health companies OR agencies have great WFH/remote/flex policies? I feel like Glassdoor and Indeed don't highlight that enough when it's one of the things I care about the most.

About to get promoted at PwC from Associate to Senior Associate (mgmt consulting). I interviewed at Deloitte for a Consultant position, but they’re potentially giving me an offer for BA. I’d essentially be holding out on the promo until next promo cycle. Usually, I’d understand hiring at a level below for higher levels but I feel like doing a 3rd year as a junior might not be the best decision. Should I push HR for Consultant level? I haven’t gotten the official offer letter yet, just verbal.
