I have sent counter offer to on boarding HR spoc in IBM for re negotiation. Its been one week. HR is not responding to my calls and emails. What should I do? Any suggestions? @Pwc6 - came from the direct competitor and had 150% utilization in 4mths...sure I'm expecting a raise
When I was as Uncle D, I did get 17k bonus for 4 months of working. Joined in feb. PWC, they want you so will lure you with good salary and will flatten you out... Now with Cohort even worse if you didn't negotiate.
I'm in assurance, my market team didn't have any layoffs, but people got passed on promotions and raises/bonuses were really low. Not hit as bad as advisory though
Is it really that bad? Is this across audit, tax and advisory?

Coming in as a experienced hire then getting the lowest cohort means no raise or bonus since salary is above the next band. Wasn't expecting salary increase
