Pretty new to Talent Acquisition since I used to work HR for the gov. I really like the pace of recruiting/ sourcing, but I think I am a little underpaid considering I have no benefits on contract/ RPO outsource. But as I was looking at other JDs in postings to get a better idea. I noticed a lot of companies specifically ask for in-house or agency experience... Some even say ( no RPO )

I mean part of it is just the speed they want someone to hit the ground running. If you’re able to adequately state it in an interview and perform then shoot for a new role.
There are plenty of companies that run RPO and have good pay and benefits. You may like to look elsewhere.
None in particular, but a larger org will be your better bet. Just stay away from the very old school companies.
