They’re amazing! PWC offers access to GymPass so for your fitness needs. You also get access to LiveWell similar to Deloitte. 15 days PTO + unlimited sick leave (up to 5 days at a time). They also have family planning benefits (egg freezing and IVF, adoption & surrogacy, and nursing programs). Happy to share more with you.
It’s 22 vacation days (different than PTO)not you start mgr or above, or after two years if you’re more junior
We’re getting paid (extra) $250/full wk of PTO taken (up to $1000) to encourage disconnecting when taking off and actually using PTO
You also get access to an executive health exam. The baseline your vitals to help inform (as a complement) whatever your PCP is already doing
You get access to One Medical (membership fee covered by PwC). It’s a National network of what’s comparable to physicians. Really helps if you’re traveling and need to urgently see a doctor. It’s very relieving when you need them
