Really want to go client side. Any tips on how to get there coming from an agency with extensive media experience? One thing I keep seeing though that really deters me is having shopper marketing experience. We don’t do that at my agency. Thanks!

Things are apparently going to get better after a client will be leaving, I’ll get to work on different brands but I am feeling pretty burnt out from the agency I’m at. Will new clients help? Or should I look elsewhere. Been at the agency almost 3 years, I feel like I need to switch things up for my sanity.

I’m finding it so hard to be motivated at work. I think it’s a mix of wfh burnout, living at home and not socializing/doing anything new, scope creep on my project leading to long hours, and being intellectually bored. What keeps you in this job? What has motivated you to stay?

I am attempting my PHR this summer but what are some tips in order for me to obtain a leadership position? Also, how long does it take to obtain another position out of state? I work as a Business Development Manager at a sports club.. I’ve been given a couple of months “trial” in the 6 figure and above sales in which I don’t see going back to my other role on lower sales. This was a somewhat good move for me until I consider missing out on commission each month that was more than my salary. (£25k salary, over £2k per month commission)
How do I go about raising this concern? I believe I should be paid more now and at least change my job title?

What will be the case if client doesn't like my performance.
