Hi fishes Will work from home in FIS continue atleast upto Dec 2022? Any idea? FIS Global
I got offer in Bangalore FIS and my husband got an offer with one big company in Hyderabad. Both companies are currently WFH only but in future, I might have to consider moving to Hyderabad. Fis doesn't have office in Hyderabad so I was wondering if I can ask permanent WFH later. I guess I will be put in fis payment solution.
Thanks in advance. Kindly let me know. FIS Global

You’ll have growth opportunities at both companies. It sounds like the EY opportunity might be the better offer.
Any particular reasons ?
What practice area at ZS? ZS promotions tend to be a bit slower than competitors but I think the culture is a bit better than others. Just depends on what you prioritize.
Decision analytics, I am worried about the slow promotions which I keep hearing about !
OP. Feel free to DM in case you want to discuss. I have been at both the firms and can guide you with your questions.

I’d pick the one that pays higher although I think ZS > EY unless you are recruited by EYP. In that case, EYP is a no-brainer
This is for EY not EYP
EY. They’re offering more money, you’ll get broader exposure and exit opps. Time to Manager at EY will be ~2-3 years.
ZS is great. I’ve worked there. But comp increases are slow, promo to Manager will easily take you 4 years minimum from AC (2 years to C typically and a min of 2 years from C to M). Plus your work will be very much focused on pharma + HC. Almost exit opps available to you will be at big pharma companies or smaller/startup HC companies
Rising Star
Healthcare exits aren’t necessarily bad unless OP isn’t interested in it. Healthcare is resilient, hard to get into because of all of the terminology and regs to know, and like banking, needs serious tech revamping.
If OP has interest in HC, ZS would be the place to go. Otherwise, EY.
