I generally do good work, but I’m happy being a B associate, I don’t dwell on small mistakes or what partners think of me, I take my vacations and never overwork myself to “look good”. All this to say, you don’t need to be an A+ associate to stay employed. Try being a B associate, it’s a lot more fun.
