Considering a move to NTT Data in a healthcare consulting role. Mixed reviews in the bowls. Major concerns are bench policy, staff aug roles, 2 week PTO, and high turnover due to job dissatisfaction. Recruiter and mgr had great things to say around growth and opportunity, which doesn’t align with feedback from the bowls or Glassdoor.

Should I wait and build up a few more years of experience before accepting a Senior role or should I jump in and work to fill the gap?

I have been selected into ZS for the BTAC role under CCM(Customer-Centric Marketing). My YOE is 3.8 in Cognizant, and the domain is ETL, DW, cloud(AWS).

My question is, ZS is giving a great package compared to what I have in Cognizant (Above 100% hike), and Cognizant is ready to retain me by giving somewhere 50%-60% hike. Will ZS be a good choice for me to switch? In terms of growth, technologies, work, pay. Or should I accept what cognizant is giving and get retained?

Hello all. I'm a Foreign Medical Graduate who recently moved to US looking fot better life. Currently not Board Certified to work as a physician in US territory. I'm currently working as a Patient Care Technician in a dialysis company because it was the 1st job I could get when I got to the US. I did it! I got an in-house Paralegal position after years of working and being burned out at different law firms. I was going to leave the legal field all together because I was so burned out and depressed, but I decided to give the field one more chance if I was able to go in-house. Prayerfully, this transition will be a good one.

HR discussion yet to happen.. In the meanwhile got another interview scheduled tomorrow frm TCS whose talent acquisition person told its a pan india location and any location can be provided...

Salam. 23M here - all my life I’ve had my back on our faith - never really prayed but had imaan (I guess). After bouts of depression from girl problems (🙄), issues within immediate family, being disappointed expectations I had for myself, etc. I’ve been working on bettering my situation over the years. Faith is the only area where I think I need more guidance. Having trouble relating to friends or family about this. Anyone else been thru something similar? How have you connected back to Islam?
