I'm confused about the purpose of this post. It seems like you have a superiority complex and you're looking for sympathetic ears to trash on another veteran
Agree with A1 - this isn’t a good look.
If you’re posting somebody’s resume and it isn’t to get them a job… you should be very clear with yourself about what you’re doing.

Sounds like a colorful life. Homeboy has got some war stories and then some.
It's very hard to find purpose. Especially for veterans post-service. Good on them for continuing to search for it.
Please consider that words have meaning and can also be demeaning. What does having top-tier articulation mean or even matter? What are you asking this group? Maybe, if you found a purpose or your calling, you could ask this person about their career path, and if they are unhappy or lost, you could help guide them? If they are happy - then maybe leave them be - or if you're unhappy and they are - see what you may learn from them?
I'm not sure your post asked that question, but I'd speculate this may be the answer.
… In the brief minutes I spent with him in a group setting, he didn’t have top tier articulation although the MPA is from HKS.
Just thought it was an interesting profile and path, and curious about the motivations. The couple i-banking years would not have been that lucrative to have solved the need for income, for most people.
Idk man just ask him
