Second interview with an agency today, this time with a couple team members. Give me the pep talk! Any pointers?

Looking for some advice; I've been a paralegal for about 5 years now, and the past year or so has been hard. One firm closed, which dropped me in another firm which was never good for me, and then into another with a culture that was really unhealthy to me. My resume shows a few short stays at firms, and now I'm looking at moving after six months due to issues that turned over the entire paralegal team so far except for me. How do I show employers I'm a dedicated worker after a difficult year?

Friends, need some feedback on an idea:

I’m thinking of starting a podcast interviewing leaders at startups about their experience with specific challenges - I know, cliche, get a more original hobby, etc.

Not looking for the narrative arc of How I Built This or Masters of Scale. Instead, looking to uncover specific problems faced by companies that tried something new for the first time. What did they not see coming, how did they adapt and measure, etc.

Amazons excessive interviews are an awful candidate experience. Why do they think this will help them win top talent in this competitive environment? Especially with their public cultural issues…? Lots of great paying companies without having to take a day off from work to interview! It’s overkill

Going through couple interviews with both companies at the moment, unsure which is the better company to work in.

Is there any advantage to telling a company you are interested in working for in the future where you decided to accept an offer from? Or does it not matter? I accepted an offer a week ago with a great company (Company A) that for this season in my life seems like a great fit and only strengthens what I have to offer company B down the road. Hello, in my previous organisation I worked in development domain (Oracle IAM Tool and Java)and my post was software Engineer, i joined Wipro as project Engineer in April 2022 and was assigned non technical project as an analyst.
