my cousin is working as a design engineer(related to mechanical engineering). He is havjng 4+ YOE for the same role. He has done diploma in data science from IIIT-Banglore in UPGRAD. Now he wants to look for an oppurtunity in IT field. No, just put in your resignation. However, in your exit interview you could mention it. I would be mindful to focus on what made it a toxic environment vs the impact it had on you. Some may try make it about a weakness on your part vs the organization.
Just the facts. It never helps to say more, and in fact it could have negative consequences.
The best way to think about this is to be committed to being above them, and to never acting toward others the way they have toward you.
Tell them nothing. It won't change anything, and it's a small, small world. Lots of back channel chitchat could tank your finding another position. Be very professional, wrap-up as much as you can, and create a transition file. Wish your colleagues well and try not to dance a happy dance until your 100% away from them.

Echoing the above. Keep the resignation level as simple as possible. If there are specifics you want to get into do it in the exit interview.
Right now retention is key for every organization. They might only act to keep from losing more people. But you should speak about it- keeping it professional of course.
Keep that off any written record. Your next job might call up HR and you don’t want them making up their own narrative on the back of your resignation letter.
You can say it verbally, but I’d question the relevance at that point. If you’d want to stay then bring it up with your boss. Otherwise a vanilla resignation letter will do the trick.

No, it won’t help you mention it there. Not that it’s not important it just won’t help you or be received well in that context.
Save it for the exit interview but def mention it then!!
