Senior SDR here. Missed quota for the past 3 months.

I’ve been in this role for 10 months now. Average SDR lifecycle at my company went from 9 months to 12-15 months as of managements changes for 2023.

I was 213% to quota last year. Got promoted in January from an SMB SDR to a Corporate/Mid Market SDR or a “Senior SDR”.

Since the Job change, I have not hit my numbers whiles my other teammates have. Should I be worried? I have more tenure than most of the 30+ SDRs at my company.

One of the reasons I want to transition from industry to consulting (tier 1) is that I get frustrated when I have to collaborate with mediocre people. My assumption is that Tier 1 consulting firms hire really sharp people and if I can get in, I’ll be collaborating with folks on top of their game (not expecting much from clients). I’m aware there are personal aspects I need to work on like my mindset, patience etc etc, but I just get so frustrated with blatant stupidity.

Just trying to anchor my minimum expectations a bit and would really appreciate some help. If I enter industry at the strategy manager grade into a large (FTSE 100) corporate. What does my earning trajectory look like (assuming I continue to progress through grade towards Head of Strategy)?

Hey folks. Question for the majority of us still under the big 3 holding co’s...are raises a thing anymore? I’ve been at my (smaller) agency almost 5yrs and got one raise (a nice $12k bump) during that time—is that sufficient? Is one increase in that span normal? I also recognize being somewhere 5 years is rare these days. The honeymoon period at any agency seems to be 2.5—3yrs before bolting. Not complaining, just asking. Have y’all been getting raises/bumps in any kind of regular cycle? Thx.
