Hi, I have an offer for the position of Senior Associate at pwc AC Bangalore. Can you please tell if there is a permanent wfh and will they give it in writing. And how is the WLB at PWC AC Bangalore. Is it true that I will have to frequently work late at night. Is the shift timings 9 to 6 as the hr told me or it usually extends? Pwc AC PwC
Anyone with recent experience recruiting for Boston Consulting Group? Got in touch with a recruiter through referral, was directed to submit an application and already finished my pymetrics. Anyone know when I would be able to hear back and what the hiring timeline looks like? Recruiter suggested to get back in a few weeks but isn’t it too slow? McKinsey sent me an invite for 1st interview in a few days after they received my referral.

They’ll likely give you a heads up before anything goes down.
It also depends on the company, the product you sell, the industry you’re aligned to and so on.
Generally the longer the sales cycles and the bigger the product, you’re given more leeway to miss.
I’ve worked at some companies where you miss 2 months in a row and you are put on a PIP and you are out.
I’ve worked at others where you could miss for whole quarters but it is okay as the company expects this due to the product or service not being remotely transactional.
They usually expect an over performance in other quarters though
2 months and you’re out?! That’s probably a red flag. Most SDRs definitely wouldn’t make it in my company if that were the case. And I know winter months are harder in most sales orgs. You would have to catch up to your quota tho.
And you’re right, I doubt I’ll ever get on the pip, but I left a really great reputation last year that is not catching up this year. Our customers that in our industry are tightening their belts rn
I like the idea of sticking with this company but I’ve been entertaining the idea of applying elsewhere as an AE
Please help me out I don’t understand
