They’re not good at hiding them because they’re private, they’re good at preventing them. They’ve definitely had layoffs, but you know they were a last resort because they care about their people.
100% and because they’re a private company they also don’t have to hit quarterly financial goals. They can choose to lose money in order to keep their staff if they want to. That’s why they’ve been so successful.
All I was saying above is, they don’t have to release financial statements and there are fewer eyes on the company because there are no shareholders. So when they decided to part ways with Verizon or when Southern Comfort didn’t work out, they didn’t have to report any layoffs or losses.
They regularly have had. Verizon? I guess they have a culture of success in success out.
They’re privately owned, so it’s easier to keep layoffs private.
Publicly held holding company agencies have to be much more transparent.
We did when we parted ways with Verizon and lost Target.
