Smart watch for Android recommendations (for/against). There seem to be tons of options. I'm looking for one that counts calories, is waterproof, under $250, and doesn't look like a hospital bracelet.

What is the drug culture like at your office? I assume people don’t openly talk about what they do in their free time if illicit, but they may do so quietly or you can otherwise tell.
Do you get the impression many people do them? If so, soft drugs (ex - weed)? Hard drugs? Non-prescribed study drugs? Frequency? At work-sponsored social functions? To an extent that it’s noticeable/problematic?

Are people who don't drink alcohol for religious reasons at a disadvantage because they don't attend happy hours and other drink-networking events? I feel as a dedicated person of faith, I am left out

I almost self harmed but stopped by grabbing something strong and drinking it straight. I've calmed down a little but this is the first time I turned to alcohol to cope. As long as I don't mix it with pills it's ok right.... I'm deep in self hate & shame now.

Spent the pandemic working on myself, got sober, focused on working out, left the music industry and started a career where I can make money and have a steady work schedule. I’m so sad. I’m 5 weeks, 4 days into my first pregnancy and started bleeding yesterday morning. Went to my OBGYN and said it’s very possible this is a miscarriage, however, my cervix was still closed at the time. I’m 29 and have no family history of miscarriages or abnormalities. I’m taking my 2nd blood test tomorrow to see if my HCG levels are falling (bad sign) since my first test. I stopped bleeding this afternoon so lasted ~24 hours... I’m so confused and sad and emotionally drained. 😓

31 M 5 foot 8 200 lbs. muscular build. I want to get to 180 and know strength will take a hit. Has anyone experienced weight loss while maintaining muscle mass? Lifting 4-6 times a week for 45 mins. Cardio 1-2 times and that’s like a 15-20 min walk at most. Diet 75% vegan. How can I drop this weight? I’m fine to eat like a dog and have the same meals every day I just need someone to tell me what to eat and when.
