So I just passed my CSM exam (Certified Scrum Master). Any tips on other certs that I can take to land a scrum master job? I work along side my scrum master running daily scrum, facilitating ceremonies when he is out, but I don’t have experience in the scrum master job per say. Can I land a job with just that experience? Any advice would be amazing!

Hello, I was wondering about which companies usually hire for entry level ServiceNow role?

I’m currently doing large scale Oracle ERP implementation and I am having difficulty finding companies that hire entry level roles. I switch fields recently so I only have around 9 months of experience and I find that most ServiceNow position requires 2+year in ServiceNow :/

760 GMAT 3.1 GPA ORM, F500 tech PM and former FAANG SWE. 3.5 years total exp.

My team consists of me and my Manager, whom I didn’t want to ask for versions reasons. I had an engineer colleague from FAANG that I left 1 year ago write my letter.

I’m a first time middle manager. So my focus is (highest to lowest priority) 1) delegation & coaching; 2) internal processes & ops (team enablement); 3) code review/feedback; and 4) ad hoc partnerships/support for my team and other teams.

As an IC, I had a lot of peers, stakeholders and projects where I worked in depth, but now, my scope is broader and I worry that it’s harder to get quality 360 feedback and it’ll hurt my reviews. Any suggestions ppl have?
