There's a theory that starting with BEC to get a victory under your belt early and boost confidence is also a fair strategy. That one worked for me.

Hi, have finished Behavioural interview for BA role at Capital One. Any idea about the conversion%? Also, how long do they take to usually make an offer?

During my interview process I clearly stated my salary expectations of 95k-105k. They came back with an offer at 80k. Is it even possible for us to come closer to a better agreement with them being so low? All other aspects of the job are in line with what I'm looking for, so I really want to make this work.
