I would get rid of the tie. I think most are fine with suit and a shirt.
Suit, tie and basketball shorts
Just got an offer and I definitely did this! 😭😭😭 it must be the way

Suit tie and comando down under
Every guy needs his D3 lmaooooo
Ehh....be bold...wear a wife beater and a hat. If they can't take you at your worst then they don't deserve you.
Only if it’s Wife Beater Wednesday.
This would not be appropriate on Tie-day Friday. Always make sure to dress appropriate.

I would still wear a suit and tie. Why give anyone a reason not to hire you?

Yup
I mean usually wear a dress and a blazer 😂
Lose the tie. I just finished a round of interviews and only wore a jacket and blazer. Most people I met with either wore just a button down, a polo, or a t-shirt so the blazer was a good touch.
Wore a suit and tie for my first interview, but noticed my interviewers we’re wearing hoodies, polos, etc so I toned it down.
Only wore button downs for my interviews after that. Might’ve even worn a polo for one. Still got the job.
The most dressed up people I spoke to were partners who were wearing a dress shirt at most and normally just a casual gingham button down.
No pants required

Depends on company/role/region. Something old school like banking? Suit and tie. Tech on the west coast? Button up at most. It’s all about your audience

You’d be surprised. I once worked for an hippy-esque executive director at non-profit who would refuse to hire anyone not in a suit and tie.
I debated not wearing one to the interview because they seemed a bit loopy. Glad I ended up wearing full suit.
Suit and tie. No pants. Ultra confident booster.
I would err on that side yes.
Yeah, better to dress up than to dress down during an interview.
I just finished interviewing with each of the big4 on cam in a shirt and tie. So far this has worked out well... 🤑 two offers letters down one more offer letter to go.
100 percent suit and tie
Always more formal than the person you will see. what I follow so yes!
I’ve gotten an offer after wearing a blouse (no jacket) in interviews

Depends on the company.
