Do whatever you need to vent, everyone needs something. Just make sure it's a healthy outlet. Sometimes a few tears is needed release. But after youre done and you go to bed, you go to bed thinking that you'll conquer the next day no matter what. You have to be your own cheerleader sometimes. You can do it! 💃

You guys, the tears came & I needed it so bad. Just talked to my mom for 2 hours. All I did was say, “hi, you up?” and she called me knowing something was wrong. I am so grateful for the family & friends I have. Today did suck, but I am so happy I have the support I do. Every day is a new day.

Same boat. In an awful situation and been crying almost daily for a week now. Wine won't cut it...at some point, you wonder if the job is worth your mental stability. You give it your all and you've reached burnout but upper management just tells you to "work more hours" and applies more pressure/projects. A true leader should enable others to grow and succeed. Take a mental day, you deserve it. The job can wait.

Creative 1 your friend isn’t a very good doctor. It’s for anxiety not depression. I take half a tab when my thoughts keep obsessively looping and it breaks the chain. But everyone reacts to drugs differently

Indulge in any other aspect of your life that makes you happy.

Be it family, exercise, wine, reading, a forest. Get into that place and absorb the space away from work. Breathe it in deeply and allow yourself the freedom to understand it’s just a job and there are more out there.

Then take some PTO.

I have not been diagnosed with ADHD. I definitely fit some of the characteristics that go unnoticed in females. The good news is if i do have ADHD, it makes me quite good at my job as I’m very flexible and can provide positive energy to my patients. Anyway, my boss has told me I have ADHD multiple times.
